FACTS
Responsible for: the entire running of the World Party, team of approx. 8 helpers
Liaises with: many societies, Union tech, night support, Nights venue design
Reports to: overall Nights manager
Date recruited: around week 1 of term 3
 
BRIEF:

The World Party is the climax to the Week, and the exec needs to be fully aware of the scale of this event. He/she will deal with many different societies to produce a well managed, well timed extravaganza.

The exec will work closely with night support and venue design and maintain a high level of awareness and focus on the overall vision of the Party.
 
EXAMPLE TASKS:

- heavy liaising with Union societies

- organising the presentation of the Party with tech, venue design and support
 
CRITERIA FOR RECRUITMENT:
Essential: strong character, good vision, excellent organisational skills, team motivation
Desirable: experience of producing performance shows
