| Responsible for: | supporting all Nights events across campus |
| Liases with: | other Nights exec, OWW tech, Union security and safety staff |
| Reports to: | overall Nights manager |
| Date recruited: | around week 9 of term 3 |
| BRIEF: | |
|
Night support perform an integral, yet often unnoticed, role of supporting all the major Nights events. Tasks range from the remedial to the technically difficult to the physically challenging, and all team members will work closely with Union crowd safety staff. Late nights are the norm, and the exec will expect to devote every night during the Week to his/her job. |

| EXAMPLE TASKS: | |
|
- escorting artists through the Union - fetching/carrying equipment - escorting performers - supervising doors - watching over all Nights events closely |
|
| CRITERIA FOR RECRUITMENT: | |
| Essential: | a calm head, very strong character, excellent team management skills |
| Desirable: | A very good knowledge of the Union and Leamington Spa |
