The World Music Concert is the grand opening of One World Week, and the exec should be appear of the importance of that. He/she should be able to coordinate a plethora of different student and international artists into one coherent performance. He/she should have a clear vision of the type of event required, but be very flexible to deal with the variety of artists available to perform. |

| EXAMPLE TASKS: | |

- inviting international artists to perform - clear delegation to team members - musical arrangement - organising the management of the choreography - liaising with AC tech |

| CRITERIA FOR RECRUITMENT: | |
| Essential: | musical experience, good organisational skills, professionalism |
| Desirable: | previous musical event management experience |
